We are delighted to have British-designed wedding dresses that are handcrafted in the United Kingdom here in Elgin! With two British Couture wedding dress designers Caroline Castigliano and Suzanne Neville in the North East of Scotland, we are truly honoured to work with a designer at the forefront of British bridal design.
If we compare the similarities we can see how leading British bridal fashion features a waist detail when we look at Suzanne Neville Delight and Caroline Castigliano Fanfare. Fanfare is expertly crafted from heavyweight Italian crêpe, the deep V-neckline design is boned around the midriff to immaculately fit the figure for optimum support. The exquisite Italian crêpe fit and flare skirt drapes around the body and pools gracefully to the floor.
Whilst striking belt details feature in Suzanne Neville Eternity and also in Caroline Castigliano Melody and Soprano wedding dresses. Melody is constructed from exquisite heavyweight Italian crepe, the Melody gown features an elegant square neckline framed by wide straps and a boned bodice, which supports and elongates the body – drawing the eye from the decolletage to the waist. The cinched waist is highlighted by the structured leather-backed belt with a central buckle. Whilst Soprano is cut with couture-like precision, Soprano accentuates the female form. Constructed from smooth and sculpting heavyweight Italian crepe, Soprano features a fully boned off-shoulder bodice and voluminous A-line skirt – finished with a leather-backed belt with a central buckle that draws the eye into the center of the cinched waist.
For those brides wanting a floral embroidery lace applique bodice that flows onto a plain skirt Suzanne Neville Romance and Caroline Castigliano, Sonata both have this beautiful feature. The Sonata wedding gown features a structured bustier bodice and a figure-skimming Italian crepe fit-and-flare skirt. The bodice has a soft blush coloured stretch power mesh base which is embellished with intricately cut floral embroidery appliques which flow over the waist onto the hips of the skirt in an organic botanical design.

The boned canvas corset cinches in the waist, and the full circle skirt flares from the waist to enhance the hourglass silhouette.
