Bride:  Chloe Duguid

Date:    23 April 2022

Venue: Thainstone House Hotel

Dress:  Chloe by Paul Zeni

Our gorgeous bride Chloe finally got her day to remember after being postponed from 2020 due to COVID when Jill from Ceremonies.scot married Chloe and Grant at the beautiful Thainstone House Hotel, Inverurie on 23rd April 2022.  Chloe fell in love with the venue from the very first time that she and Grant drove up the driveway.  For those not familiar with the venue, Thainstone House is a luxury hotel that has been lovingly restored and sits resplendent in 44 acres of lush meadowland with elegant furnishings and restful décor.  Fit for a Princess and Prince of course!

Chloe and Grant Duguid

Chloe first visited Angharad Bridal over 3 years ago and opted for ‘Chloe’ by Designer Paul Zeni.  This amazing, romantic, princess-style dress has the most exquisite, beaded bodice and is all about the back detail.  Available in a range of colours, Chloe chose blush pink which showcased the ivory detail just beautifully teamed with a hip-length veil with Swarovski crystals.  This fabulous Designer is rather exclusive to Angharad Bridal, being the only stockist north of Glasgow.  Not forgetting the groom, Grant looked very handsome in his kilt from Georgian Dress Hire, Aberdeen.  I’m sure you will agree, his choice of kilt complemented the bridal party perfectly.  Fiona Purcell Seamstress in Elgin carried out the alterations for the bridal party.

Chloe’s friend Nikki from Fledgling Photography captured the couple’s perfect day so beautifully in the gorgeous sunshine.  Scott & Kevin from Serene Films cleverly blended into the background and managed to capture some amazing memories made throughout Chloe and Grant’s special day.

The Bay Tree Florist, Elgin provided the bridal bouquets and buttonholes for the day and all looked stunning and complementary to the bridal party attire.

In Chloe’s words, Saturday, 23 April 2022 was ‘the best day of her life’ and we at Angharad Bridal are so honoured to have been part of that day.

Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness as Mr & Mrs Duguid (finally!).
