We first met our gorgeous bride Donna through recommendations in 2020 when she said ‘YES’ to the dress of her dreams. Despite originally planning the wedding for Summer 2021, the couple were forced to postpone their plans and finally said ‘I DO’ in August 2022 at home in their beautiful gardens surrounded by friends and family. I think it’s fair to say, it was well worth the wait!
Donna wore Essence of Australia dress #D2988 and opted for ivory lace and tulle over rum for her gown teamed with the matching cathedral length veil! This stunning Essense of Australia wedding dress takes your breath away. Thick graphic laces feature slight lattice detailing throughout, with concentrated ivory beadwork for a gorgeous, shimmering texture—pairing perfectly with the slim, French lace-inspired silhouette beneath. Exposed boning in the back of the bodice is likened to a corset styling for a bold romance—as elongated sheer cutouts are thoughtfully angled so as to draw in the waist while extending over the hips in a tapered formation, showcasing the curves in a whole new light. A skinny plunge sweetheart neckline and drapey, off-the-shoulder straps add to the sultry decadence of the design, as the traditional hem with scalloped edging completes the train.
Donna and Craig’s photography was captured by the talented Esme Saville Creative based in Moray. We absolutely love the pictures which have been so cleverly captured in the moment in such a stunning setting creating a very relaxed vibe.
We absolutely adore Donna and Craig’s choice of décor for her big day. Soft fabrics elegantly draped over wooden backed chairs, ceiling points in the marquee and around the garden in the most gorgeous pink tone. Ivory lace table runners teamed with golden candelabras and pink rose heads lined the tables and the most elegant antique photo frames hung from the garden trees. Outdoor games were provided to keep the children amused who looked equally gorgeous in their dresses!
